Movement stands for the act of moving the body, moving through space, development, adapting to change, a collective of people working together sharing a common goal.
Intellect represents the mind, the ability to sense, think and learn, to understand and interpret movement and how we feel about it.
Mindful movement practices like Pilates, Yoga and Slings help us to increase awareness, it builds strength and resilience. It has the power to heal and support a healthy, balanced, resource orientated life. The practice allows us to create space in our bodies, to connect better with ourselves but also the world around us. When we move well, we live well.
I offer movement classes that are creative, innovative and dynamic. My teachings focus on building functional strength and flexibility while nourishing trusting relationship with my clients. My attention to detail and passion for movement and its effect on mental and physical wellbeing is reflected in every class.
Apart from online classes I host workshops and wellbeing retreats in Europe, the United States and South Africa. I present at international movement conferences and was featured in the Pilates Style magazine.

Making intelligent choices about things that grow and develop the mind and body, knowing it’s all a balance, helps us to conquer anything we face. From the exercise regime we choose, to eating food that nourish us and having relationships that support and uplift us.
