Why movement intellect?
Movement Intellect is about moving skilfully - body and mind.
It is about realising the beautiful balance between the mind and the body and how the wellbeing of one affects the other. Pilates, Yoga and Meditation all promote developing the body and mind.

We’re always moving...physically, emotionally, intellectually, even if just in relation to time. Efficient movement and growth of body and mind helps us to keep our balance. Movement can be (and should be) many things but in a good Pilates class it helps to increase awareness, builds strength and creates space. If we move better we live better.
Edmund Hilary said - "it is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves."
Making intelligent choices about things that grow and develop the mind and body, knowing it’s all a balance, helps us to conquer anything we face. From the exercise regime we choose, to eating food that nourish us and having relationships that support and uplift us.
We can learn a lot from mountains....
